Why is this cruise so inexpensive?

We often see comments such as "it's too good to be true"... and we understand, it's not often you can get such a great deal on cruises without being subject to eligibility requirements. This cruise deal is being offered at such low prices because there are cabins available and we have negotiated a reduced rate applicable to everyone. Most cruise guests book well in advance so this is considered a "last minute" cruise and is discounted as such.

Is this a Royal Caribbean ship?

Yes, it is like any other Royal Caribbean sailing onboard the Explorer of the Seas, complete with Royal Caribbean staff and it visits Royal Caribbean's private island playground, Perfect Day at CocoCay. ULTD is the organization that has contracted with Royal Caribbean to provide this special Charter sailing.

Is a passport required to cruise for adults and children under 18?

It is possible to cruise without a passport, however we strongly recommend that all passengers travel with a passport (valid for at least six months beyond the completion of travel). Having a valid passport will enable you to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port in the event you miss your scheduled embarkation, or to fly back to the U.S. should you need to disembark the ship mid-cruise for any reason.

If you do not have a passport, then an original birth certificate (not a copy), is required for children under 18. For adults, an original birth certificate and a valid driver’s license or state issued ID is required.
