RV Jayavarman

The deluxe Jayavarman was named after an ancient Khmer king who was responsible for building many of the empire’s most famous temples, including Ta Prohm, Preah Khan, and the many-faced Bayon. This ship draws inspiration from the artistry of these temples as well as the tranquility found on the storied Mekong River. The Jayavarman’s design is influenced by the great French ships of the 1930s while also exuding a spirit that is thoroughly Indochinese. Each of the 27 cabins are exquisitely decorated to reflect the region’s heritage, and you can find intricate woodcarvings, Khmer bas-reliefs, and Vietnamese lacquer paintings throughout the ship.Travelers can unwind in the Henry Mouhot Lounge, chat with fellow travelers in the Club 1930 Bar, savor superb cuisine in the elegant Indochina Dining Hall, and indulge in spa treatments in the Apsara Spa. A Jacuzzi is located on the top Sun Deck, which offers striking views of the Mekong Delta.Dining & Entertainment: Expertly trained culinary staff providing buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and seated dinnerComplimentary coffee, water, tea, soft drinks, local beer, local spirits, and free flow house wine (wine with dinner only)Fully stocked barRelax and unwind in the Lounge which is spacious and air-conditionedTake advantage of movie nights and tasting workshops , as well as cultural performances, educational talks, and a ship tourSit back with a good book in the air-conditioned library, which also includes magazines, music, and video gamesAppreciate the impressive works of art in the ships art gallery Luxuriate at the Beauty and Wellness SpaGe the day started with Morning Tai Chi classes on the sun deck In-room breakfast, and room service daily with an additional chargeWelcome ReceptionFarewell Reception
