Celebrity Cruises Embarkation Changes and Sailing Date Change Policy

Updated February 4, 2021 - For U.S. cruises and guests: Prior to booking, please consult all applicable U.S. Centers for Disease Control travel advisories, warnings, or recommendations relating to cruise travel, available at http://www.cdc.gov/travel/notices. If a certain threshold level of COVID-19 is detected onboard your cruise ship during your voyage, your voyage will be ended immediately and the ship will return to the port of embarkation, and your subsequent travel, including your return home, may be restricted or delayed.

For cruises and guests worldwide: Health and safety protocols, guest conduct rules, as well as regional travel restrictions and clearance to visit ports of call, are subject to change without notice based on ongoing evaluation, public health standards, and government requirements. Onboard and destination experiences, features, itineraries and guest conduct rules vary by ship and destination and are subject to change without notice.

Today, the Canadian government shared their decision for their ports to remain closed through February, 2022. They are working through the resulting impacts to itineraries that visit Canada and they will communicate all updates and alternatives to you or your travel advisor by no later than Friday, February 12. They know this is disappointing news, particularly as it relates to the Alaska cruise season. They continue to maintain focus on all efforts to resume service with the health, safety and well-being of our guests, the communities they visit, and crew and shoreside employees as highest priority.

Extending FCC Expiration - All existing Future Cruise Certificates are now valid for use through April 30, 2022 on Celebrity Cruise sailings departing on or before September 30, 2022.

We’ll protect your original cruise fare price and promotion when selecting an alternate sailing of the same itinerary type, ship series, cruise length, and stateroom category within 4 weeks of the original sail date. Simply make this change by January 31, 2021.
